How do I order medicines on the website?>>It’s a simple 3 step process.
Step 1: Search and Find the prescribed medicines in the search box on the top right edge of our homepage. Select your desired item between the wide range of products, generic names or the manufacturers.
Step 2: Enter the desired quantity in the field and click on the red button that says “Add to Cart”. (Please check the spelling and power of your product before adding item to your cart.) Once your product is added to the cart, you are given the option of either continuing to shop, view or edit your cart or directly proceed towards the checkout process. If you wish to continue to shop, you may enter the next product in the search bar on the top right and continue with the process. If you wish to view or edit your cart, you may change the necessary quantity and click on “Update Shopping Cart”. You can also Clear the shopping cart and start afresh.
Step 3: The checkout process is expansive and simple at the same time. We don’t want too much of your time. You are given the option of checking out as guest or you can register with us. If you have already registered with us, then you can sign in to your account. (If you have forgotten your password, you can click on “Forgot Password” and retrieve it.) You are requested to upload the prescription or skip this process and provide a photocopy to our delivery boy upon delivery. After you enter your billing information and delivery information, you are notified about the tentative delivery time window for your products. Once the delivery is confirmed, you are asked to review your order and place the order. The amount shown in the last step is a tentative amount and the final order amount will be confirmed to you through a confirmatory call from our call centre. You will also get an email notifying you about your order placement. Now you can sit back and relax and let us do the work. How do I track my order?
In the order confirmation email that you have received, you will receive a link to track your order. Click on the link to see a graphical representation of your order status.
